We've got foundational tools in place, but you would be joining early enough to influence every part of our architecture as we go forward. We also want you to contribute to our collaborative and fun company atmosphere. Some of what you’ll be responsible for can be outline as follows:
Build the infrastructure that powers candidate operations across all programs
Build & experiment with web/mobile app MVPs for user research&testing
Bring discipline and process improvement to our no-code operations – strong documentation, data hygiene and following other best practices
Building new automations & systems for new product launches
Work with our Head of Product, CEO, COO, and tech team across all our programs and teams to proactively understand their needs, and identify new opportunities to build tools that give them leverage
Train team members, resulting in team-wide basic no-code proficiency
Extremely well-versed with Airtable, Zapier, Typeform, Notion, and Webflow. Other tools are a plus
Understand database architecture, APIs, web app development, and other programming concepts helpful in being able to quickly adopt new tools
Understand how company operations work, and how to build processes to support it
Show high output, execution, and hustle – an ability to own all no-code operations, solve problems, and an eagerness to dive into the nitty-gritty
Meticulously detail-oriented and organized – able to juggle many priorities while not dropping any balls. Accountability is the most important attribute in startups
Thrives in a fast-paced, often scrappy, sometimes chaotic environment
You are excited about understanding the problems entrepreneurs face everyday and fixing them with technology
You want to bring bold ideas to life, lead a global movement by disrupting industries
